The suite is designed to eliminate outside disturbances by insulating the
occupants from unwanted noise by way of a proprietary, sound dampening, wall
system. In conjunction with the insulated door frame and dual-pane windows,
the Zonez suites are engineered using STC 42 materials, making
outside conversation and other noises barely audible. Users are able to
collaborate and accomplish business objectives without distraction.
Zonez suites are constructed using a semi-structural, 2′ x 2′ grid ceiling solution which comes standard with 3 layers of sound-absorbing ceiling tiles. The grid ceiling design makes it easy to connect with traditional construction and satisfies a variety of code requirements.
